KUALA LUMPUR: The government has been more transparent over the past year and this has resulted in the absence of any minister being investigated for corruption, says Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.

The Prime Minister said when compared to the previous administration, the people could judge for themselves based on the success the current government has achieved.

"Looking at our performance, I am grateful although I don't want to boast about it. Through changes, people make initiatives.

"Look at the (Defence Ministry). It's different, especially how we buy weapons. There are no commissions and no agents taking hundreds of millions of ringgit," he said at a dialogue session in conjunction with the One Year Programme of the Malaysia Madani Government at Bukit Jalil here on Sunday (Dec 10).
