I hope if macc or government reading this, pls take action against mafia group and Eddie Ng! This is getting out of hands and why no action taken against them? Is klci being use to siphon money and they can do anything they want? Smaller investors are never being protected by all this conmen!

AT the start of financial year, REVENUE Group had RM82.52 million cash and if you add the RM62.59 million the company received by a warrant conversion thar makes no economic sense, its total cash should come up to RM145.11.

UNFORTUNATELY, Revenue Group is now only left with RM21 million, but it has a borrowing of about RM40 million, which basically means theoretically the company has a negative bank balance.

And also for the final quarter, for every RM 1 in turnover brought into the company,Revenue was losing about 55 sen.

WHY should the SC and Bursa poke its nose into Revenue Group Bhd's READ : plans to acquire a controlling stake of 51% in Innov8tif Holdings from glove maker Hong Seng for RM36 million in a total cash purchase.

SIMPLE, to ensure there is no element of fraud in the entire exercise, considering that READ :even as early as 2021, the Minority Shareholder was probing Greenpacket for buying Xendity for US$10 million without the company having a profit and loss track record

SPICE this up with the fact that at the time Greenpacket sold off Xendity from about RM17.5 million, the sale price was much lower than its final purchase price of RM28 million.

IN recent weeks, it has been repeatedly mentioned over here that Victor Chin Boon Long, is cash strapped, largely due to the Corporate Mafia exposure to Revenue Group.

IT is estimated the Corporate Mafia's ownership of Revenue Group has gone past 87 per cent, with a large block stuck in Kenanga, while close RM60 million of Revenue Group's cash has been exhausted by them.
