MQ Research maintains their Outperform rating and target price of RM1.00 as these contract wins are still within their expectations. MQ Research expects 1QFY18 earnings to come in below consensus – they have forecast an FY19 net loss of -RM266mn vs consensus estimate of -RM83mn. Recognition for these contracts will only accelerate in Q2FY19 onwards. MQ Research’s bear and bull case valuations are RM0.24 and RM1.93 respectively.
