Actually I am not that good as what you think. I would like to learn from all of you but not those who intentionally trying to lower or tarnish the image of CATCHA.

Honestly speaking, to me there is no trading trick.

In actual fact, I have great confidence in the leadership and management team of CATCHA, especially with Patrick Grove at the helm.

Patrick Grove has many years of extensive proven experience in successful acquisitions and/or mergers even with more complicated procedures in the foreign countries. He even has one of his company listed in US stock exchange.

For that reasons, I personally feel it is possible that Patrick Grove would sooner or later transform CATCHA into a billion ringgit company but I won't know the exact time frame. It all depends on the golden opportunities arisen.

You may go through the GOOGLE search of CATHA GROUP and Patrick Grove just to refresh your memory or to get a better idea if you would like.

Well said and noted with thanks. We should also remember that iMedia was acquired not long ago. The profit made from iMedia would be partly offseted (reduced) by CATCHA'S expenses such as administrative expenses and/or other expenses.

That's the reason why CATCHA would have to do more acquisitions/mergers to increase its profitability to a satisfactory level.

You are right.

Previously we heard of net outflow of foreign funds but recently we heard of foreign funds net inflow.

Most of the foreign funds would invest in large capital stocks with solid fundamentals, YTL and YTLPOWER are two of them.

With a capable Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim as the Prime Minister, and with a stable government in place, foreign funds will pour in.

That is to say, no matter how big the share capital is, it would be snapped up by those multinational funds easily.

CATCHA's PE Ratio should be improved with more earnings in the future.

It is only a few months from the beginning of the company which was being regularised . So it takes time to materialize whatever planes in the pipeline.

Actually, CATCHA performs much better than some other companies during the 2 quarters of the current year if you care to find out. I can't tell those companies' names here because it is equally unfair for me to do so.

Your PE ratio of 391 is highly ballooned and unwarranted. From where you got the figure. ? Through your own imagination ?

I repeat , please do not give too much pressure on CATCHA and its management. Let them have the chances to perform.

Don't expect too much for a company that was just regularised only a few months ago.

Eric Tan is very fortunate indeed to have a grand master and an eminent sifu Patrick Grove as a role model for Eric Tan to learn and emulate.

Patrick Grove has successfully completed so many huge projects world-wide. If Eric Tan were to complete one or two projects like what his sifu has done, will be good enough.

CATCHA'S second quarter results at 30-06-2023 shows marked improvement with a net profit of RM637K as compared to the past four years from 2019 to 2022. (2019 to 2022 were loss making in every quarter throughout the four years.)

In other words, CHATCHA has successfully turned around to become a profitable company.

More increase in revenue and profitabllity would be achieved through additional acquisitions and/or mergers (if deals successfully concluded) as mentioned in the latest quarter report at 30-06-2023.

The company would not look down on anyone. It doesn't matter how many lots you buy. Most probably the company doesn't have "some of" the email addresses of the shareholders/investors.

See carefully the wordings in the Jerung's email as downloaded above : "open to all our shareholders, partners and interested parties."

Buying shares , to me is an investment. So, it is not whether good or bad luck that concerns me much. After all , it is not gambling.

The most important factors I would consider are : the company's leaders at the helm, its holding company's past records , its present management team and its future prospects , besides the profit & loss and balance sheet items analysis.
