When good QR is reported, people start notice. When the company reports an exceptional QR, the hot money keep coming in. Some people expect the latest QR as the new normal. Expectation is high. Unfortunately the next QR is back to normal. Investors lose money.

PowerSeraya reported result that was beyond our wildest dream. My biggest question is whether its result can be sustained in the next QR. I read 2 analyst reports above and noticed that the analyst did not project similar EPS for next QR. I will not buy more before the next QR

most if not all property counters trade below P/E Ratio 10, so this stock is overvalue. There are also better IPO this month/next month so most likely people will skip this IPO. Who knows? If you subscribe, you most likely will get it. If it closes below IPO price the first day, I will not be surprised.

Most tech stocks may face the same problem. Probably it is better to sell, at least some, before Quarterly Report is announced.

thank you dragon328 for your information. I only have data since FY2013. It's payout ratio is better than I expected, so an increase of dividend this year is possible. Anyway, I am not disappointed if its dividend is not increased this year. Its outlook is exciting and thus the dividend in the next few years is going to be higher.

I do not think YTLPOWR will increase its dividend for a few years:
- lots of projects going on, so need to reserve cash for CAPEX
- based on their records, they do not increase dividend immediately

C22 seems ok. Maturity Date: May 17th, which is shorter than C23 (July 31st)
