小股东权益监管机构（MSWG）询问Krono亚洲，为何子公司减值亏损大增，并且会采取什么措施，避免此类事情再次发生？

简报：

2023财年展现出坚韧的财务表现，营业额和净利分别达到3.142亿令吉（按年增长2.0%）和2450万令吉（按年增长3.6%）。

企业数据管理（EDM）部门带动了增长，贡献了2.509亿令吉（占总收入的80%），该部门盈利增长7%至2620万令吉。新加坡、中国和菲律宾是这业务的最大贡献者。

同时，技术既服务（AAS）部门营业额成长20%至6340万令吉，盈利是710万令吉。

集团有信心通过加强客户价值的举措，在2024财年再写下强劲表现。

Profit still maintain. Normally after bonus issue, they won’t publish good quarter result. They control the result and share price. Now only thing just keep for long term.
