Look out for possibility of directors to raise massive fund via share issuance to PP, ESOS or to acquire friendly asset at higher price
After 2nd time share consolidation, NOSH is very low and give directors lots of opportunities to issue massive lots of shares to raise lots of money
Existing retail shareholders will only see their shareholding equity % reduced over time.

This Pasukhas has been doing consolidation 2 times last few years
2021 ,if you have 100lots, it become 10 lots( 10 to 1)
2023 c/f 10 lots now become 1 lot (10:1 ) again
In actual ,your shareholding even worse than 100 lots become 1 lots
After raping you, the management, dilute your holding by issuing another billions shares via RI/PP/ESOS
for example Pasukhas now NOSH is 170m shares.
Very very soon,there will RI of about 1billion new shares @6 shares for every 1 share held.
