Aiyooo. AT has a great future. AT has a lot of business,AT also has great follower especially Atian group, The most important is AT has special group call million group even top glove don't have that kind of group.

How to predict in advance that a company is hiding a fraud?
1. The company change its external auditor very often.
2. The company change its financial years often to delay issue annual report
3. The company accountant/financial controller come and go like hotel guests.
4. The company ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE is 2 times higher than account payable. Money stuck or goods sold to cronies.
5. The company keep printing billions of shares to suck cash from shareholders.
6. The company seems to go to court often to "sue" a third party for not paying the debts. The 3rd part may also be the cronies actually
7. The company has almost zero revenue but still seems to survive.
8. The company seems to take huge bank loan, or 2 years later issue huge right shares "for working capital and pay bank borrowing".
9. ‘Meteoric’ rise in both revenue and profits DESPITE industry outlook, are also red flags. Say industry average growth is 5%, but this guy shows 50% growth, not one year, but last 3 years, very fishy.
10.The company only sells its product to one customer. Obviously it is easier to be in cohhort with one party instead of many parties. Goods sold become huge bad debts
11. The company buys few FERARI for its directors...Megan Media...
12. The company cash flow and profit imbalance. If its getting wider year by year, avoid.
13. The company reports FAKE revenue of billions,fake growth......to sell their bonds
14. Tyco International USA. CEO and CFO siphon off $150m USD via loans to directors. Beware of some listed NON-FINANCIAL company also having money lending license. EKRAN Ting Pek King, took 700m fromEkran via the company money lending license. $700m was never paid back.
15. NETX ,ACE counter, is holding money lending licence.
16. The company buy a $5m asset, MAKE A FOOL OF THE FOOL PAYMENT OF $5M, while due dilligence is going on.

How a newbie can lose 95% of his capital buying penny stocks @12c ?
Penny stocks counter can drop from 50c to 1c easily , within 6 months , and you will lose 98% of your capital.
Some like HONGSENG ,drop from 3 rgt to 10c . It is worse than 1987 stock market crash .
What if you wait for it to drop to 1c and buy?
You will also lose 90% of your capital.
This is how it happen...
Lets say after buying @2c, it drop to 1.5c and finally @1c it goes ex 20:1.
Original 200 lots become 10 lots after 20:1 consolidation.
b4 ex, you have 200 big lots x 2c i.e. 200x20 rgt =$4000 rgt
after ex , it becomes 10 big lots x 20c i.e. 10x 200 rgt =$2000 rgt ,lost 50%
Now you have it ,50% wipe out on first day after ex 20:1
Your problem does not stop here.
Based on 99.99% syndicate operations, after going ex,the price keep dropping at least another 80-90%
It will slowly drop from 20c to 15c to 12c to 10c to 8c to 5c to 2c. to 1c... after few months to 1 year
Your original 200 big lots b4 ex @2c($4000 rgt) now become 10 lots@2c ($200rgt)
95% wiped out.
Never expose your capital to a 95% kind of loses , say NO to repeated and repeated kind of ESOS,PP,RI,MOU infested stocks.
Why penny stocks dont drop from 12c to1c in few weeks?
Normally it takes few months.
This is to maximise on pulling in more victims via RI, ESOS,PP etc..

These conters can be classify under same group :-
bornoil, fintec, focus, xox, eah, at, compugt, g3, joe, kgroup
All with multi BILLION shares due to directors continuous fund raising via shares issuance to RI, PP, ESOS or for asset acquisition
Be careful of shares consolidation which is normally followed by fund raising via shares issuance to rights issue
Directors have immense power to carry out the above

WHEN will PEARL GLOVE refund the 4.44m (full purchase price) paid by AT Sys while dilligence was conducted?
Have you heard of CEO ,paying full amount ,while doing due dilligence?
This is first time in history, a CEO pay FULL AMOUNT while doing due dillegence.
4. NOw the court takes 3 years already, still no news.
Why is it soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo difficult for the court to complete the case? Is it a rocket science problem or just a simple case?
How does a court system works? How does the court registrar handle a case?
Who is the court registrar?.
5. If SC dont bother about this $4.4m money being lost, that mean no hope for retailers. It mean SC will close one eye when another case happen again.

AT Systematization sues glove firm’s shareholders to recover money after cancelling acquisition
KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 5): AT Systematization Bhd is suing the shareholders of Pearl Glove (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd to recover RM4.4 million, after abandoning its planned purchase of the glove maker.
The group said its wholly-owned subsidiary AT Glove Engineering Sdn Bhd filed the suit against Hai Hong Capital Sdn Bhd, P’ng Sim Guan, P’ng Lai Heng, Hai Hong Holdings Sdn Bhd and Aaron Khoo Teng Soon at the High Court on Dec 31, 2020 ( Glove bull run terminated in Sep 2020)
AT Systematization said AT Glove had signed an agreement dated June 26, 2020, with the shareholders to purchase their shares in Pearl Glove for RM3.44 million. A deposit of RM687,800 was initially paid to the shareholders.
