Amount of RM800m of cash by 2024 is the bare minimum. Bear in mind amount owing by JVs are more than RM1.2b. Aside from their effective interest of unsold units of RM800m, the JVs also have cash in their books. They also have land held for development

they are just trying to hide their bad by doing generous repayment. Many just don’t see. Nothing left with the company after clearing the 1.1bil stock. What remain is the so call landbank which they are not good in getting return from it. Better just sell off the land rather than develop it with negative margin.

Just an interesting business proposal. EWI list part of their Australia and London unit with their local partners on the London & Sydney bourse. ECOWORLD inject PART of their Singapore LAND bank into EWI.. EWI international with listing on London, Sydney & Singapore. Good idea with cross holdings and a value creation proposition. Friends just my own take and idea

What so proud about ewint? They only give back 30% capital that taken from IPO during 2017. They don’t even have profit to declare as dividend. My god.

Personally I think management is doing great job. Do not forget ewint is the victim of brexit and covid. I think the price now is still undervalue. argue doesnt make any better. lets see how much to distribute next year. if you study annual report every year, management always have plan in hand and will mention how much to give out beforehand. (6 cents in 2021 and 37.5 cents in 2023) - both mentioned in report before dividend year.

Im not attacking him , giving him piece of advice to quit instead. He will continue lose money in other counters if he cant understand the business model and annual report. Knowledge on report 0% + skills on share price movement 0%. I am helping him =) I hardly talk and earn my good money but he is bringing other people to his standard.

he cant even understand how IPO works. he is too naive to think that LKS contribute 288m (lets say 10% holding) during IPO times. totally low standard... whole bunch of tickets value 28.8b but the cash flow from public worth how much? he thinks all those founders fund same amount as public to get the tickets... my gosh. that's why i am telling everyone he knows nothing. LKS and those big boss might already earn money by getting dividends this year.

You all keep twisting the fact, giving excuses. Their account show accumulated losses. Clearly show no profit made. Big investor angry and demand to get back capital. Ewint boss 10% is a joke, he sold his ewint during IPO at 2.88bil to public, then only put back 10% of it into ewint. My god.
