Guys, the syndicate are engaged in non constructive activities, not related to the objective of capital market principles of building a business and increase shareholders value. If you check their qtrly revenue, some not even 1m per qtr. And 20 qtrs of continuos loses.
Money raised from RI/PP/ESOS are used to dabble in stocks of other company which are also doing the SAME thing.
