Before conso, majority of retail buy @ rm0.05 cent per share.
Let say OKU_2020 buy 1 million unit@ rm50,000. Before conso, the share drop to rm0.01, which make OKU_2020 money became RM 10,000.
After conso, the value dropped to rm0.01 again, which result for OKU_2020's dropped to RM 1000.
From RM 50,000 to RM 1000.
That's 98 percent of paper money loss......
This is the worst kind of scammer company in the whole world....
Let say after this consolidation 1:5 really happen.
Then drop again to 1 sen.
20,000 unit x 0.01=rm200
This is the truth!!!!! from RM50,000 to RM200??????

EA HOLDINGS BERHAD ("EAH" OR THE "COMPANY") EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING ("EGM") TO BE HELD ON 22 AUGUST 2023
Based on the Ad Interim Order for Injunction respectively dated 1 August 2023 and 2 August 2023 (collectively the “Ad Interim Injunction Orders”) served on the Company, as particularised in our announcement dated 2 August 2023, the Company hereby informs all shareholders that the Notice of EGM (“Notice”) as issued by Mr. Ng Cheng Sin (“Mr. Ng”) on 7 August 2023 is independent of the Company and against the terms of the Ad Interim Injunction Orders that have been granted by the High Court of Malaya.
The Notice issued, calling for an EGM to be held on 22 August 2023 is restrained under the terms of the Ad Interim Injunction Orders, and accordingly is treated by the Company as defective and void. Any intended or purported attempt(s) to hold any extraordinary general meeting(s) in the name of the Company is in breach of the said Ad Interim Injunction Orders and any individual(s) attempting such a step may be subject to contempt proceedings.
Shareholders are urged to refrain from attending and voting at the EGM scheduled for 22 August 2022. Any and all resolutions purported to be approved at the said EGM will be treated by the Company as invalid and void in light of the Ad Interim Injunction Orders served on the Company.
The Company will not hesitate to take legal action against any individual(s) who continues to create unnecessary confusion to the members of the Company and the general public.

Everyone who got holding any EAH shares must attend this EGM to kicked out those 6 useless directors who just taking big director fees and do nothing and purposely make EAH share price dropped till it’s record lowest price of just @0.005 cent to force all small investors to sell all EAH shares at record lowest price of @0.005 to them at a hugh losses !
So we must united and work together to kicked them out and re-appoint new directors whom recommended by Ng Cheng Heng (The new big shareholder) !
