I think @MSWG should involved in this case, Shareholder that is more than specific stake (like 10% and above) able to qualify for the request so that I wouldn't happen such incident and protect Malaysia Framework. Else what is the point of meeting , so everything in future can just say not within the constitution and everything just like gone case ?

Wah lau eh, the company is sitting on rich assets like the kelana square parking lots that everyone wants to go park?!?! Wire fencing business that everyone's house still uses?!?! seriously I dunno how they manage to inflate those numbers in their annual report. Dispose? YES management is doing nothing to turnaround? YES. I won't be surprised they go PN17 tomorrow to make their shares worthless considering it's worth not much. Anyone buying on margin will get burnt kao kao

At least their substantial shareholders are not idle. Prolexus and YB Ventures stood up and lodged a lawsuit against the unjust manner of SMI management
