It operates in three segments. ICT distribution segment distributes products to resellers, comprising mainly of retailers, Its Enterprise systems segment markets products to system integrators and corporate dealers. The ICT services segment is involved in the provision of ICT services.

Alibaba Cloud, the cloud computing unit of Chinese tech giant Alibaba, announced Tuesday it will be rolling out its own ChatGPT-style product Tongyi Qianwen.
