On 9 May 2023, TA Securities had on behalf of the Board announced that Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated 9 May 2023, resolved to grant the Company a further extension of time until 4 July 2023 to complete the implementation of the Rights Issue with Warrants

Based on the Company’s Circular, the Rights Issue with Warrants entails the issuance of up to 817,817,238 new Shares together with up to 272,605,746 Warrants D, on the basis of 3 Rights Shares together with 1 Free Warrant D for every 3 existing Shares held by the Entitled Shareholders on an Entitlement Date to be determined. The Rights Issue with Warrants was expected to raise gross proceeds of up to RM65.43 million based on the illustrative issue price of RM0.08 per Rights Shares under the Maximum Scenario (as defined below) (i.e. assuming that all the Warrants C are exercised into new Shares prior to the Entitlement Date).
